I first came to visit Nicolette Gygi at Richmond Osteopaths after a long period of problems with my shoulders and neck. I work in an office and had a lot of pain due to tension build up in those areas due to a mixture of bad posture, stress and lack of exercise. From my first visit Nicolette Gygi has been immensely helpful in both sorting out my problems and in taking the time to talk through the reasons for them as well as offering great advice and exercises to relieve the causes of my pain and stiffness.
