I saw Andre following a particularly painful back spasm.  Andre was able to provide pain relief straight away for my back pain but also showed me a number of exercises to manage/prevent pain –  some of which you can just about get away with doing in the office! I have always been terrified of osteopathy and acupuncture but I felt I could trust Andre due to his calm and reassuring manner and his explanation of the treatment and root causes of pain throughout – I am glad I did as I feel so much better.
